GA GA!!!

So My new years resolution was to Sing and study the music of a new artist each week and at least sing 3 of their Song. Wether ints a standard they rocked, a song they made famous or an Original. I Hope by focusing on the sounds of my favorites I can learn from their greatness and improve my own art. So I was going to start with my Favorite of ALL TIME!!! The great miss ELLA FITZGERALD :D However apon listioning to her incredible vocals she also quite the "SCAT"ER So I think i will save her for later weeks when i have practiced that epicness more. Needness to say i am not prepared to sing the AMAZING that is ELLA. So I was then , in the light of the new year, I was going to sing the 2011 Artist of the year KATY PERRY songs. But for those of you that follow my sillySarahnades know that I resently did a katy mash up. SOoooo I figured i should pick someone I havent done! so stay tuned for some LADY GA GA!!!! :D Im super EXCITED!!! She is Crazy! But i love her music and she has an INCREDIBLE VOCIE that rocks all her SONG! The funny thing with her to me though is that most of my favorite GA GA Songs i dident like when i first heard them. But they grow on me and become songs I ADORE!! So hope you enjoy my take on of GA GA!!!

Mission and Stuff

So i didn't get excepted for a Musical mission in Nauvoo. But I will post the video if you wanna check it out :D New musical Projects still on there Way a few short Musicals and some Funky Covers Coming. Also Im Starting an Singer Appreciation / Imitation Project . I have made a list of Some of my favorite Vocal Artist and each week i will Study them and their music and give three of their songs (or songs theve covered) and learn them inside and out. Then i will pick my favorite song and post it here :D Roger Love's book "Finding your Voice" said Searching artist you like and imitating them will help a singer discover and create their own sound. So i hope this Project helps me and i know it will be fun! Please Comment and let me know witch are your FAVORITES! :D

GLEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

So I Auditioned for The Glee Project online! :) and i have been doing more SillySARAHnades! SOOOO MUCH FUN! Due to the Freak Connecticut Snow storm It has been a while since i have done anything! But Thing to look for! Im Auditioning to be a Performance Missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints in Nauvoo :) So i will post those songs soon! I also am going to post some Church music on the LDS Share site! So Im really Excited for those! I also have a project I'm working on with a friend here n Ridgefeild! That will be BURSTING! WITH SARAHNADEING!!!! and MUSICAL EXSPLOSIONS!!!!!!! :D Details! and Vids SOON! What a magical day reading a book, played piano toke a hike, practiced tap dancing in the forest and sang to some trees in my backyard. :D Only weirdos do that! Good thing I am one!
